Ingredients

  • 5 sqares Lindt 90% dark chocolate (50 g)

  • 4 tablespoons Unsweetened Almond butter (60 g)

  • 1/4 cup Hulled Hemp hearts/seeds (40 g)

  • 1 tablespoon Sliced Almonds (optional, for added crunch)

Directions

  • MELT THE CHOCOLATE: Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high (1000 watts) for 30 seconds. Stir and continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.
  • MIX THE INGREDIENTS: Stir in the almond butter until well combined. Add the hemp hearts and, if desired, the sliced almonds for crunch. Mix thoroughly.
  • SHAPE THE CANDIES: Line a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper. Spoon the mixture into small mounds (about 1 tablespoon each) or use a silicone mold for perfectly shaped candies.
  • COOL AND SET: Place the candies in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or until firm.
Serve and Enjoy: Once set, remove the candies from the refrigerator and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
