Ingredients

  • 62 grams 90% dark chocolate (6 squares), broken into pieces

  • 15 grams chopped pistachios

  • 10 grams blueberries at room temperature

  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

Directions

  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • MICROWAVE TEMPERED CHOCOLATE: Microwave 2/3 of chopped chocolate in a medium heat-proof bowl stirring every 15 seconds, until melted, approximately 45-60 seconds. Stir in the remaining 1/3 of chopped chocolate and mix it until smooth. Return to microwave for 10 seconds at a time to finish melting if necessary.
  • Add in blueberries and mix.
  • Spoon 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate with blueberries onto the prepared sheet and spread it into a 2-inch-wide circle using the back of the spoon. I used a lollipop silicone form instead, to make a perfect circle.
  • Scatter the chopped pistachios and orange zest all over.
  • Place the baking tray in the fridge and let the chocolate clusters cool until firm, about 30 minutes. Serve.
  • VARIATIONS: Dark chocolate clusters with pumpkin seeds and dried cherries. Dark chocolate cluster with chopped pistachios, coconut flakes, and sea salt. Play around with what you have in a pantry.
  • STORING: Dark chocolate berries and nuts clusters can be stored in airtight containers for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
