Will my purchase be shipped?

All the products sold in my shop are downloadable, digital items. This means that you will receive instant access to all digital files and no physical products are shipped. Simply click on the download link sent to you via email after your purchase to gain access to your item.

Do you offer a refund?

Due to the digital nature of my products, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if you ever need help with one of my products, please contact me at: contact[@]modernfifty.tv

How do I download my purchase?

You will access to your download right after the payment is processed and I will email you a download link where you’ll be able to securely access your purchases.

Are your files available for commercial use?

All the files are for your personal use ONLY. It is not allowed to copy/resell/share the files in digital or printed versions or copy planner pages in order to sell them as your own work.

Printing options

I recommend printing on 100gsm A4 Digital Copy Paper for the Daily/Weekly sheets and 120gsm A4 Digital Copy Paper for sheets you will be using constantly.
I use HP Printer Paper as it is a crisp white and has a lovely silky texture.

I’ve accidentally deleted or lost the files! Can you resend them?

I keep customer emails for about 3 months after your purchase. If you lose the files within that time, send me an email at contact[@]modernfifty.tv or convo on Etsy and I will forward them to you. If it is after 6 months I may ask you to pay a fee. If you’ve misplaced files that were an instant download, you can re-access the download page by following the steps in the next question.

Are the files in one PDF?

No. Each file is in a separate PDF so you can print only the sheets you need. Some people don’t need every sheet from a set – they are designed to suit everyone.

I didn’t realize they weren’t editable. Can I get a refund?

No sorry. If an item is editable it clearly states this in the listing description and listing title. You can still print and hand-write on the pages. As there is no way to ‘return’ a digital item I’m sorry but I cannot offer a refund or ‘exchange’.
