How best to wear bright colors or frosted colors?

I am not that comfortable wearing color on my eyes, but I saw Lisa Eldridge’s video “Endless Ideas for Summer.” video and decided to try and explore some of the ideas.

START by using The Body Shop fresh nude foundation “Yorkshire rose” in number 032. Just to create a more even skin tone. This foundation gives you a skin-like finish with light to medium coverage. Unfortunately, it will start to wear off within 4 hours. I also used “Bye Bye under eye” It Cosmetics Full Coverage Waterproof Anti-Aging concealer. I also did eyebrows.

If you are someone who likes to wear natural shade on the crease line to give you depth. Do that first.

I started with a powder eyeshadow in light blue color from Tart’s “High tide & good vibes” eyeshadow palette in color “Surf’s up”. You can choose any pastel color you like, it’s always best to compliment your eye color or the color of your outfit.

It’s easy to do a wash of one color and it will look modern.

When you do a wash of color, you want most of the color behind eyelashes and then blend it upward until it fades almost to nothing towards the brow.

Apply eyeliner to ground this look and it also a more comfortable makeup look.

Finish it all with two coats of mascara.
