N1 Pinterest Marketing Tip for Product sellers

Pinterest is one of my favorite ways to create traffic, so today I’m sharing with you my top Pinterest marketing tip for product sellers so that you can use it to grow your business, too!
Want your product, business, or website to be seen by a lot of people in a short amount of time? If so, Pinterest is such a great platform for your business to be discovered!
By now you know that Pinterest not just for weddings or DIY projects, but once I understood the business side, I realized it’s actually one of the best platforms to get yourself noticed.
The reason why Pinterest is such a great way to get yourself out there as a product seller is that typically on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Tic Talk people are just passively scrolling. They’re skimming through the content looking for entertainment but not deeply engaging with it.
However, Pinterest is more like a search engine.
When people go on Pinterest, they’re being intentional when they type in what they’re looking for.
They are looking for inspiration for their next purchase.
This means that your content is seen by people actively searching for a solution to a problem — and they are more willing to invest money to solve that problem!
Also, statistics show that people who spend the most time on Pinterest tend to come from higher-income households, which means they have more money to invest in high-ticket coaching programs!
You can use Pinterest to help grow:
- the email list by posting free workbooks and video training,
- get more reach on our Instagram posts,
- get more views on YouTube videos,
- traffic to blog posts,
- create awareness for your product,
- and you can do the same!
So, I’d love to share with you some of my favorite Pinterest marketing tip for product sellers, so that you can make the most out of your content and attract your customers!
Pinterest Marketing Tip for Product sellers
One of the best Pinterest tips I could share with you starts before you even make your first pin!
Start by thinking about your product, and who you want to help.
When you imagine your customer, ask yourself:
- What questions are they asking?
- What are they searching for?
- What goals are they dreaming about?
Think: where does this get them? What can they do as a result of the value I provide? What does this take away (likely something painful)?
Once you’ve answered those questions, you can start to identify keywords that the people you want to help might be searching for.
Use those keywords strategically in your Pinterest posts (pins) to make it easy for your ideal customer to find you!
