STEP 2:

Purred them in a food processor or blender. Do not grade them because apples will produce too much juice.
STEP 3:

Add to blender 2 eggs, 60gr unsweetened cacao, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and optional 1 tablespoon erythritol.
STEP 4:

Transport the batter into a microwaveable 6.5×4.5 glass container.
STEP 5:

Sprinkle with unsweetened chocolate chips (2 tablespoons/15gr).
STEP 6:

Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes. Cooking time may vary. Start with 5 minutes and test if the center is cooked with a toothpick.
